The Birthday girl is hungry for new wishes.

It´s time to travel out of my mind and let the wind carry me elsewhere for the next few days.
The sea has been whispering in my ear lately, he offered to host my birthday this year and i could not say no.
Ageless, wild and free, he is a loner but he loves an occasional company. Sometimes escapism is needed and the sea is the best partner in crime.
He´ll wash off unhappy thoughts and bless me with the hope of new dreams. His waves will be like poetry, i´ll get inspired and my heart will speak on my behalf.
I´ll dance in floral dresses with feathers in my hair and make my whimsical thoughts and kaleidoscope wishes spin like disco balls under a tangerine sky.
This saturday, I´ll be counting the stars when the magic starts and the candles lit up.
An exquisite chocolate cake will steal the attention, i´ll have the ones i love by my side,
the music that feeds my soul, glasses in pink and lovely wishes in line.
I´ll close my eyes and wonder if i can sail through the changing ocean tides of my life.
I´ll smile right away though, i can feel new winds blowing for me. It´s good to know the moon will always be there to guide me.
Then, i´ll blow out the candles and enjoy some cake surrounded by love.

So, birthday party nº 2 went something like this...

Just waking up after having a lovely celebration with my girls last night.

Dinner. Wine. Cake. Champagne. Great Company. Nice Gifts.

Those were the main ingredients for a truly nice birthday party. 

Champagne was the main celebrity and tiramisu, the surprise of the night. Oh! rock n´roll was a special guest, too. Two beautiful gifts brought it to me. I got The "Concert for George", the tribute paid by Eric Clapton, his son Dhani, Paul, Ringo, etc from 2002 and a box set of Elvis with performances and interviews. I couldn´t ask for more. Had a wonderful night! Ringo was right...

I promise´ll be back with the usual bohemian stuff, soon. But not today. Bubbles are still dancing in my head... ;)

"Birthday, I would like you to dance. Birthday...!"

It´s the 28th according to the calendar, that means MY BIRTHDAY has finally arrived.  

It started pretty good with champagne by the sea, the stars as main guests and the good company of my love. But before i could begin to enjoy the moment, i realised i was on back on the road heading home. It´s true what they say, good times don't last forever. Now that they´ve turned into memories and reality bites once again, I´m planning on taking it easy the rest of the day. I´ll get some nice decoration for my cake, reply to the nice text messages and phone calls of my family and friends and then i´ll rest.  I think it´s the best choice right now, as i´m experiencing some "mixed emotions" on this special day. However, any surprise is more than welcome. If  you have one, just get in without knocking and i´ll smile!

  I´m having dinner with my folks tonight and then drinks with some friends and tomorrow it´s celebration day with my girls!

Champagne, cake and friends. Is there anything better??? Can´t wait!

All i know is that I don´t want to think or start with the FAQs of my life at least for these couple of days.
