.Folk and Boho Inspiration.

Vogue Russia November 2011
Photographer: Mariano Vivanco/ Stylist: Olga Dunina

This is a girl who enjoys a cup of hot chocolate while watching Dr Zhivago for the hundredth time in the company of her loyal cat.
She is a helpless romantic with a wild spirit who loves romance, as much as floral dresses, hippie vests and suede boots.
For her, cold seasons don´t have to be dull.
When it´s too cold, she wraps herself in fur and hitches a ride with the wind.
She dreams of meeting a doctor who can write poetry with her name and watch old love stories by her side.

Vogue Italia October 2011

Photographer K.T. Auleta/ Stylist Giulio Martinelli

These girls like to dress up in glamorous boho chic clothes and crash rock concerts.
They like to walk together in flashing colors and textures and behave like rock stars girlfriends. They like to sneak backstage and exchange love for songs.
They believe cold seasons can be warm. When the night is over, they grab their clothes and shoes and tiptoe out of the room between asleep guys, bottles of whisky and guitar picks. They like to skip bedtime and stay up gossiping about the boys. When hangover is gone, they like to enjoy dawn in the country. They love to hitch a ride with the wind, singing the songs they love, dancing under marmalade skies, until they fall exhausted on the grass. They take off their hats and platforms, their fur coats become their beds and they lay there in their chiffon dresses and lovely smiles. Wild spirits need some peace and quiet every now and then.

Wildflowers don't care where they grow. And i don´t care if they are boho or folk.
In the end, they both inspire madly.

.Get your motor runnin'. Head out on the highway.
.Lookin' for adventure. And whatever comes our way.
.Yeah Darlin' go make it happen.
.I like smoke and lightning. Heavy metal thunder.
.Racin' with the wind. And the feelin' that I'm under.
.Yeah Darlin' go make it happen.

These shots are just LOVELY. Sienna looks beautiful playing Edie Sedgwick once again.

Thank god she didn´t keep her promise and she kept ther boho look.

She is one hell of a style inspiration.

The "Annie Hall" Look... Now and Then

Then...

Diane Keaton

Back in the 70´s, the lovely Diane Keaton had a particular unforgettable way of dressing. She loved to wear  pants, shirts, vests and ties instead of the usual pretty dresses, blouses and skirts. She imposed the look in the movie "Annie Hall" (1977) and it suddenly became a fashion trend chosen by many from that moment on. Even when it was not a regular feminine look, she looked fabulous and there is no doubt that her style made a huge impact in fashion. For me it all sums up to the person who wears the clothes. All these women below with the "Annie Hall" look are too feminine to think otherwise, even with ties and suits...

Brigitte Bardot and Anita Pallenberg

Michelle VS Jean

Michelle Williams

Vogue US

October 2009

by Mario Testino

I think Michelle looks absolutely gorgeous in this photoshoot. She has a beautiful face and she looks like an angel most of the times.

She always reminded me of the lovely Jean Seberg after she decided to have her hair short and after seeing this fantastic black and white photo above, i´m even more convinced. Same hair and same pretty smile. Michelle even has stripes here like the ones Jean loved to wear and yes, the hat looks perfect on both of them.
